Julie was a chubby child growing up…Through her own journey of bad diets and every known workout regimen, Julie found herself more and more interested in figuring out the secret to looking and feeling good… she started teaching fitness at 17 and wound up getting her degree in exercise physiology/ pre-med from ASU… Soon after she was married and had 3 kids….
